Positioning Therapeutic Innovation for External Funding
Breanne collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop several funding proposals supporting medical countermeasure initiatives. She designed content that connected unmet medical needs with project objectives, development plans, technical feasibility, and anticipated outcomes. By aligning complex scientific and regulatory information with the priorities of government and public-sector organizations, she helped communicate the value and readiness of the science and teams, resulting in external funding for 3 programs.
Translating Research into Therapeutic Projects
Breanne advanced the scientific understanding of immune pathways by designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments across immunology and related fields. She interpreted complex data into clear communications for academic and cross-institutional teams, resulting in peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and funded grant proposals.
Applying Scientific Insight to Regulatory Success
At a pharmaceutical leader of auto-injectors, Breanne helped expand development pipelines and commercial product lines by conducting thorough literature searches and evaluating scientific evidence to guide regulatory strategies. She applied rigorous due diligence to assess technical feasibility, regulatory viability, and compliance. This evidence-driven approach enabled clear decision making, strengthened portfolio development, and supported publication readiness while maintaining alignment with U.S. regulatory standards.
Expanding Regenerative Medicine Allograft Portfolio
While leading R&D efforts at a global nonprofit organization, Breanne collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch 2 osteobiologic allografts and simultaneously directed 5 concurrent projects, transferred production processes, and built lifecycle strategies to meet unmet clinical needs. By integrating scientific analysis with clear documentation, she advanced innovation while ensuring compliance, scientific integrity, and cross-functional alignment, resulting in an expanded commercial portfolio and stronger research pipeline.
Educating Animal Behavior Consultants
Breanne elevated the standards of animal behavior consulting by making science more accessible and actionable for professionals. She translated research into clear content that bridged academic findings and practical application to support better understanding, collaboration, and decision-making for animal behavior programs.
Aligning Stakeholders and Regulatory Processes
Before creating BioRipplet Endeavors LLC, Breanne managed 15+ regulatory and nonclinical workstreams across 4 drug-device combination product programs, aligning stakeholders and the FDA to create clear decision pathways, and accelerate submission readiness. At the same time, she sustained compliance for 2 FDA-approved products by managing 8 post-marketing requirements and coaching colleagues for consistent delivery. This resulted in on-time execution, reduced rework, and strengthened scientific credibility.
